This weekend I had the opportunity to rest with my family out of the city and I could feel an unexpected peace, something that I did not have for some time. While I took my coffee, I realized how much we sometimes forget those little moments that mark us. The aroma of coffee, for example, always transports me to the past daysThen, during my walk through the place, I saw an old tree whose leaves slowly fell. No one stopped to look at him, but he made me think of how we often lose us as simple, what is there, without asking for anything in return. At the end of the day, I am clear that, although we are always running, sometimes it is best to simply stop, breathe and appreciate what we have in front of us.
